АНАЛІЗ СТРУКТУРИ ТА ДИНАМІКИ ЗОВНІШНЬОТОРГОВЕЛЬНИХ ТОВАРОПОТОКІВ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Здійснено статистичне моделювання впливу структури товаропотоків в аспекті проведення взаємної торгівлі країн-членів Євразійського економічного союзу на стан і розвиток економічного потенціалу України. Виявлено ступень впливу динаміки основних напрямів взаємної торгівлі країн Євразійського економічного союзу на динаміку запропонованих показників економічного потенціалу країни.
Проведено зіставлення видів митних платежів і напрямки товаропотоків у зовнішньоекономічній діяльності України. Встановлено, що основним системо утворюючим елементом сукупності митних платежів є вивізне мито. В Україні структурно зовнішня торгівля найбільше впливає на динаміку митних платежів у частині імпорту (у разі зростання / зниження імпорту регіону здійснюється відповідна зміна динаміки показника за імпортними митними платежами). Проведений структурний аналіз показав, що на суму вивізного мита найбільший вплив робить величина експорту мінерально-сировинних товарів.

ANALYSIS OF THE STRUCTURE AND DYNAMICS OF UKRAINE'S FOREIGN TRADE FLOWS
Summary
The statistical modeling of the influence of the structure of freight flows in the aspect of mutual trade of the countries — members of the Eurasian Economic Union on the state and development of economic potential of Ukraine is carried out. The degree of influence of the dynamics of the main directions of mutual trade of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union on the dynamics of the proposed indicators of the economic potential of the country is revealed.
Achieving economic growth is one of the most important challenges facing the country's economy. World experience has shown that achieving this goal depends to a large extent on the process of attracting, accumulating and using investment capital to further channel into the productive and social spheres of free cash from households and organizations.
International organizations in many countries of the world have developed criteria for the selection and calculation of quality statistics that characterize foreign trade. Relevant requirements for the quality of UN foreign trade statistics have also been developed and widely used. Therefore, it is quite relevant to study the structure of Ukraine's foreign economic activity, taking into account relevant international requirements. The transition to the international methodology of accounting for foreign trade operations requires a change in the organization of the collection of foreign trade statistics, that is, the transition from state reporting to the use of customs accounting data. The calculation of indicators characterizing the competitiveness of the country's foreign economic relations is based on the reliability of the data when using a static analysis of foreign economic activity.
On the basis of such research it will be possible to develop the priorities of foreign economic relations in accordance with the priorities of the national economy of the country as a whole, namely: to identify safe areas for the development of foreign economic activity; to develop a single law that regulates the entire investment sector in Ukraine; to improve the work of e-government, since without its quality work it is impossible to control foreign economic agreements, etc.
